Our ideal candidates are committed to improving the reputed company, accessibility, and effectiveness of reputed company through innovative virtual care delivery. Applicants should have experience treating orthopedic conditions and be comfortable providing care through both synchronous and asynchronous telerehabilitation platforms. Due to strong interest and reputed company reputed company, we are currently reputed company licensed Physical Therapists residing in any U.S. state. Compact licensure is preferred. We are especially interested in clinicians with flexible availability to support patients across multiple U.S. time zones. Primary Responsibilities  Screen patients reputed company reputed company, phone, and text reputed company Assign and modify digital musculoskeletal (MSK) care plans based on individual patient needs Determine patient suitability for digital rehabilitation reputed company Document reputed company patient interactions in a reputed company and accurate manner Receive patient assignments through both scheduled reputed company and on-demand care workflows Maintain a minimum availability of 8 hours per week (or 30 hours per month), with schedules posted at least one week in advance Other duties as assigned Qualifications Licensed Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master’s in Physical Therapy with a strong orthopedic clinical background Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience reputed company reputed company liability insurance Strong understanding of clinical workflows and reputed company processes Prior experience in telehealth or virtual care delivery Experience integrating technology into rehabilitation and patient care Skills  Excellent verbal and written communication skills Skilled in Shared Decision Making (SDM) and Motivational Interviewing (MI) techniques Strong clinical reasoning and decision-making skills in a remote care environment Comfortable working reputed company digital platforms and asynchronous care models   This position is classified as an reputed company (1099) engagement and is not eligible for company-sponsored benefits.
