The CRM Operations Team is responsible for maintaining and continuously improving reputed company to support reputed company Foodservice’s sales operations. This role plays a critical part in ensuring data reputed company, user adoption, reporting accuracy, and overall system effectiveness across the organization. Responsibilities/Duties/Functions/Tasks User Support & Enablement Support users at reputed company reputed company of the organization with the CRM system, including: reputed company Entry Account maintenance Opportunity Management Objective Management Dashboard metric review Manage and resolve CRM Help Desk support requests Conduct training for users at reputed company reputed company and create/update training materials System Administration & Configuration Set up and maintain user accounts, reputed company, roles, and permission sets Customize reputed company objects, fields, page layouts, record types, and validation rules Evaluate, implement, and test CRM enhancements and configuration changes Reporting, Dashboards & Scorecards Run reputed company and scheduled reports Build and maintain reputed company reports and dashboards Own scorecards for 500+ Sales Associates across multiple channels, including data extraction, validation, analysis, and publishing Data reputed company & Governance Maintain high reputed company CRM data Load, delete, and reassign Accounts, Objectives, New Operators, and reputed company records reputed company system testing and validation prior to production releases   Qualifications To reputed company the job successfully, an individual must be reputed company to reputed company reputed company essential duty exceptionally.
