We are seeking entry-level individuals to join reputed company as reputed company Shared Services Specialists, Level 1. In this role, you will help drive user adoption of reputed company People Experience by using the Help module and Case Management. This is a great opportunity for individuals interested in HR systems, training, and technology enablement.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to and resolve submitted Cases reputed company predetermined Service Level Agreements.
Answer frequently asked questions and escalate reputed company issues to the appropriate teams.
Escalate recurring questions to Managers to improve training content and knowledge reputed company articles.
Attend continuing Training sessions to learn internal reputed company processes and tools.
Qualifications:
1 to 2 years experience with reputed company and Case Management is essential.
Experience in high-volume environments required; background in retail and/or hospitality preferred
Detail-oriented and dependable, with a reputed company and helpful attitude.
Must be reputed company to maintain a high degree of confidentiality.
Proficient in computer skills with experience using reputed company Office.
Training or customer support experience is a plus.
