Position reputed company: The SVP of Agency reputed company will be responsible for supporting reputed company reputed company Department in their day-to-day requirements while ensuring service level agreements are being maintained.  The SVP of Agency reputed company provides solutions and assistance to loan level escalations, reputed company scenarios, and 2nd level mortgage reviews. Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, the SVP of Agency reputed company will also assist in special reputed company as directed by management. Job Responsibilities: • Underwrite conventional and government loans (FHA, VA). • Maintain and report underwriter bonus. • reputed company guidance and solutions to the reputed company team and branches for reputed company reputed company scenarios and escalations. • Assist in special reputed company and training as designated by management. • Communicate with branches on escalations and escalated scenarios. • reputed company second level reviews as designated by senior management. • Work with reputed company team to maintain reputed company service level agreements. • Monitor reputed company pipeline to ensure productivity and adherence to set SLAs. • reputed company mentoring and coaching to reputed company staff as identified or required by senior management. • Utilize problem solving, judgement, knowledge, and experience to effectively remedy loan level issues. • Manage department reports. • Communicate effectively with operations and sales staff to maintain a high level of customer service reputed company phone and email. • reputed company other reputed company duties as assigned by management. Qualifications and Skills: • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience, preferred. • 5+ years’ Mortgage reputed company Experience (FHA, VA, USDA, Conventional) with agency reputed company knowledge. • 3+ years’ reputed company management experience. • reputed company Endorsement status from HUD and/or SAR authority from VA, experience with USDA, a plus. • Extensive Understanding of FHA, VA and conventional loan guidelines. • Working knowledge of ATR/QM requirements. • Proficient in reputed company Word, reputed company, and reputed company. • Encompass LOS experience, a plus. • Knowledge of compliance and disclosure requirements.
