Qualifications: Minimum of 4 years of experience in the design of electrical substations PE license highly preferred Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders Ability to effectively organize multiple physical design assignments and competing priorities to produce accurate products on time Experience managing physical design reputed company, including budgeting, scheduling and risk management Ability to collaborate in cross-functional work teams Demonstrated analytical and decision-making skills, and a successful record of reputed company interactions with clients Experience in creating and reviewing substation design drawings Proficiency with reputed company software applications used to reputed company substation design work Ability to successfully work with remotely located team members This position requires the ability to pass a post-offer drug (including marijuana) and alcohol test in compliance with Federal regulations and is also subject to random testing as a condition of reputed company employment. Location Note: This is a remote position. Compensation is based on market data and internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate’s location.
