The Role We’re hiring a high-level Email & SMS Retention Manager to own lifecycle marketing and drive serious reputed company reputed company through email and SMS. You’ll be responsible for increasing: Repeat purchases Subscription & filter replacement reputed company LTV Customer retention Overall CRM performance You’ll build and optimize high-converting flows, campaigns, segmentation, and retention systems that directly reputed company the reputed company.
