Telehealth Coordinator I

The Telehealth Coordinator is responsible for addressing reputed company, patient and/or provider inquiries reputed company email, fax, telephonic, or written correspondence, ensuring adherence to contractual and state guidelines as reputed company as reputed company instructions. This role gathers information from either the provider, injured worker, employer, or other reputed company sources and enters information into the system in order to schedule appointments as necessary for treatment. Please note this is a non-clinical role. This is a remote role but requires residency in reputed company or Virginia. The work schedule for this role is Monday - Friday, with the following shifts available: 12:00 PM - 8:30 PM ET and 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM ET. Remote positions require a quiet, designated work environment that adheres to our reputed company and HIPAA standards. This role has voluntary and mandatory overtime opportunities; Holidays are required on a rotating schedule. Holidays include New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Thursday/Friday, and Christmas Day.
