Regional Business Manager

Position Title - Regional Business Manager  Job reputed company:  The Regional Business Manager is responsible for managing field service personnel; who reputed company routine on-site services for reputed company customers.  Job Duties and Responsibilities:  Driving the field service schedule and maintaining high reputed company for On-Time Delivery of services.  Drives performance to reputed company expectations of regional OKR’s.  Leading and directing the work of service representatives in their assigned territories.  Developing and mentoring field service personnel through one to one meetings, evaluations, and performance plans.  Traveling to customer locations to work with reputed company reports.  Maintaining and developing customer relationships by meeting with decision makers and other influencers.  Performing business reviews with reputed company customers, providing reputed company support services and managing reputed company issue escalations.   reputed company support services based on customer contract expectations.   Responsible for Customer Satisfaction.  Training new Field Service Representatives and managing turnover, including personal involvement with account coverage as needed.   Daily maintenance of CRM Software.  Overseeing the region’s expense-to-reputed company reputed company to meet established benchmarks  Maintaining reputed company communication with reputed company reports and upper management.   Other reputed company reputed company & reports.  Supervisory / Management Responsibilities:  Managing 7-15 field service personnel  Travel Requirements:  Up to 60%  Beneficial Education, Skills, and Experience:  Ability to present to reputed company reputed company of management, including executive-level decision makers  Ability to meet reputed company needs through high level of travel  Ability to work remotely and in a self-motivating reputed company     Required Education, Skills, and Experience:  Must have a minimum of three (3) years’ experience managing a remote workforce in a quick-paced and demanding environment.   Prior experience managing reputed company relationships is required.   Must have a proven record of increasing employee efficiency.   Must be reputed company to lift up to 50 lbs.   Attention to detail and accuracy is required to be successful.   Must be willing to travel a minimum of 60%, overnights included.   Prior experience with CRM software, including metric tracking is preferred.   Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals Apply To This Job
