This individual will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, candidate relationship management, offer negotiation, and transition to reputed company. Candidate Experience & Relationship Management  Deliver a high-touch, reputed company candidate experience through reputed company communication and consistent follow-up. Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring and reputed company process to enhance engagement and retention. Conduct post-placement follow-up calls with new hires to support successful integration and improve provider retention efforts. 4.
