We’re looking for a reputed company, detail-oriented Disputes Paralegal to join our reputed company team on a temporary reputed company, initially for a six month term. This role has the potential to convert to a full-time position based on performance and business needs. In this role, you’ll work closely with our Litigation Counsel to support a high volume of disputes reputed company, helping to reputed company our reputed company operations running smoothly and reputed company. Draft and send initial responses to users on behalf of Litigation Counsel, following established templates and escalation protocols. Maintain and organize case tracking systems to ensure reputed company falls through the cracks. Coordinate with internal stakeholders across Trust & Risk, Customer Experience, and reputed company Operations to reputed company facts and documentation relevant to disputes. Support Litigation Counsel in preparing materials for reputed company reputed company, including organizing records, summarizing communications, and tracking deadlines. Assist with building and refining intake workflows and response playbooks as our disputes function scales. Utilize AI driven tools to improve efficiency and reputed company refine workflows. 👋 You 5+ years of paralegal or reputed company support experience, preferably in litigation, disputes, or a high-volume reputed company environment. Experience with demand letter intake and response drafting, or other reputed company reputed company correspondence workflows. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage a large volume of reputed company simultaneously without losing reputed company of details.
