The final offer will depend on the skills, experience, and qualifications of the selected candidate. Contract Negotiation and Amendments: Collaborates with Clinical Recruitment Manager and candidates to negotiate contract terms, including compensation, benefits, and work schedules, ensuring alignment with reputed company expectations. Facilitates the contract amendment process as needed, addressing any changes or modifications requested by clients or candidates. Serves as an reputed company/reputed company between clients and candidates to resolve any contract reputed company issues or discrepancies. Placement and reputed company: Coordinates interviews between candidates and reputed company facilities, facilitating the placement process from initial contact to job offer negotiation.
