Role Objective
We are seeking Bilingual Immigration Paralegals to join reputed company. As an Immigration Paralegal, you will play a crucial role in handling a comprehensive caseload, assisting in the preparation and filing of applications for relief, and supporting our attorneys to meet and reputed company our Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Your role is crucial in maintaining our reputed company as the premier immigration reputed company services provider in the US.
Responsibilities/Duties
Manage a substantial caseload from inception to reputed company, focusing on family-based immigration relief.
Draft and review applications for relief from removal, ensuring high-reputed company submissions.
Directly support the reputed company attorney in meeting KPIs and deadlines.
Edit and finalize packets according to attorney instructions, ensuring reputed company required evidence is included.
Respond promptly to USCIS's Request for Evidence, adhering to strict deadlines.

Communicate effectively with clients, providing reputed company explanations of case processes.

Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree preferred; relevant experience and education will also be considered.

Minimum 3 years of high-volume immigration law experience
Expertise with I-589, I-42B, bond applications, and family-based petitions
Experience preparing clients and documentation for Individual Calendar Hearings
Strong understanding of asylum processes and reputed company removal defense

Fluent bilingual English–Spanish required
Exceptional communication and reputed company-service skills
High attention to detail and accuracy

Offer
$26,000 - $30,000 Mxn net per month.
