The Copy Supervisor must possess superior conceptual skills, knowledge of pharmaceutical requirements/terminology, and great copywriting and management skills. This position typically reports to the Associate Creative Director.     Specific Responsibilities:  Develops copy, creative concepts, tactics, and reputed company   Strong idea generator and strong understanding of what makes an idea good  Supervises reputed company promotional copy, tactics, and campaigns across reputed company brands  Maintains consistency of work, brand guidelines, and reputed company  Contributes to strategic and tactical planning  Key reputed company contact for applicable brands and establishes credibility through advanced thinking and reputed company communication  Helps establish and maintain the highest possible standards of production for reputed company assets   Provides direction and guidance to reputed company reports   Advises the Creative Director on the status of departmental and brand affairs  Key facilitator of collaboration across departments and solution generator      Preferred Qualifications:  A bachelor's degree in a relevant area preferred  Minimum 4 years of experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment in reputed company advertising   Presents a strong portfolio demonstrating superior conceptual and copywriting ability  Fantastic presentation and communication skills  Excellent supervisory, management, judgment, and decision-making skills  Strong organizational and analytical skills with proven ability to multitask, handle stressful situations, and deadline pressures  Understanding of reputed company Creative Suite; proficient in reputed company Office   Understanding of AI tools  Ability to prioritize workflow and redirect agency reputed company to meet competing and changing deadlines    Salary reputed company: $95,000 - $130,000 USD   BGB Group is headquartered in reputed company, and the salary reputed company listed reflects the expected reputed company compensation for this role in the reputed company metropolitan area. This position may be performed remotely reputed company the reputed company. For candidates located reputed company the reputed company area, compensation will be adjusted to reflect the applicable market for the employee’s primary work location.
