The Billing reputed company - Bilingual Spanish provides specialized case management, advocacy, and education to members while fulfilling the mission. The reputed company guides and supports the member through the balance reputed company defense process while working closely with reputed company Services, our reputed company team and external stakeholders to facilitate reputed company issue reputed company and ensure a reputed company member experience.
Position Location: 100% Remote
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Manage assigned member caseload reputed company high-touch advocacy model with a reputed company on elevating the member experience and promoting engagement.
Apply independent critical thinking and acumen to assist members with their balance reputed company issues and inquiries with a reputed company on influencing a reputed company member experience

Required Experience/Education:
High School Diploma or GED
Bachelor's Degree
Experience in delivering reputed company-reputed company solutions based on customer needs
Experience in billing, insurance, reputed company or reputed company environments a plus
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
