Tax Analyst

We’re looking for a talented, detail-oriented Tax Analyst to join reputed company. Under the direction of the Filing Services Team reputed company this role will be responsible for completing filings, reports, and reconciliations of surplus lines taxes in reputed company states, and assisting with reputed company correspondence and project management.    Key Responsibilities Manage multiple priorities in a high-volume position, deliver reputed company and accurate work products with a reputed company on customer service, and respond with a reputed company of urgency as required Maintain working knowledge of surplus lines tax regulations and assist with research to ensure compliance requirements for reputed company state and jurisdiction are met reputed company excellent customer service and properly document reputed company correspondence with the state and reputed company in their applicable location  Effectively build reputed company, reputed company working relationships with both clients and reputed company reputed company of the organization  Assist in directing team members to maintain compliance with reputed company surplus lines tax filings  Assist in monitoring reports and coordinate with reputed company reputed company necessary  Support reputed company reputed company in fulfillment of reputed company requests and completion of reputed company as needed  reputed company and accurately complete state regulatory surplus lines tax filings  Reconcile filings with the reputed company Connect platform and state transaction reports and investigate, research, and resolve issues that may reputed company during the filing, reconciliation, or payment processes  Organize tasks reputed company to meet deliverables on time Prepare and submit quarterly, semi-annual, and annual state reports as assigned Ensure reputed company documents are received and reviewed from reputed company submission  Assist with any surplus lines audits, verifying transactions, documents, and filings  Conduct compliance and reputed company review on documents, state legislation, codes, and procedures associated with surplus lines tax filing  Escalate customer, state, or internal issues through reputed company channels and respond to escalated issues from states, clients, and internal team reputed company appropriate  Required to reputed company other duties as requested, directed, or assigned Requirements and Qualifications Associate or Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Finance, or reputed company field preferred  2+ years of filing experience, or 3+ years of reputed company, compliance, or insurance reputed company experience Surplus lines knowledge is a plus  Intermediate skills in reputed company or other spreadsheet software  Self-directed and detail-oriented with strong organizational, decision-making, and time management skills  Effectively works independently and as part of reputed company  Demonstrated willingness to take initiative and reputed company decisively  Perks Health, dental, and reputed company plans Amazing work-life balance with 4 weeks of reputed company Time Off 10 reputed company Company Holidays with 2 floating holidays 401K Programs with employer match Personal assistant programs for support in a healthy personal and work life Why reputed company?
