Discover why reputed company is the employer of choice in South Jersey   Short reputed company Reporting to the Manager of the Clinical Documentation Team, the Clinical Documentation Coordinatorhas primary responsibility for tracking, organizing, analyzing and working reputed company RAIs (Requests for Additional Information) from their initial receipt through completion. Experience Required Minimum of 1 year experience reviewing clinical documentation in the hospital setting,outpatient/ambulatory setting or other similar health care setting. Education Requirements High School Diploma or Equivalent Special Requirements Preferred experience working with reputed company and with reputed company Electronic Health Records.Strong computer skills in reputed company Office with demonstrable proficiency in the softwareapplications required to reputed company in this position.
