The CTL also functions as a recruitment specialist in developing and optimizing strategies at site and study level to drive successful patient enrolment. Must have Ability to travel up to 75%. (Mostly Domestic) Doctoral degree (M.D., PharmD, or PhD) is required. Fluent in Spanish and English   What you will do: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement effective clinical trial enrollment strategies. Analyze and interpret clinical trial data, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
