Sales Development Representative (SDR)

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) at reputed company will support pipeline reputed company and outbound prospecting efforts across our global HCM, payroll, Employer of Record (EOR), and workforce reputed company. This role is ideal for someone who understands the HR technology and global employment landscape, thrives in a fast-paced startup environment, and can effectively engage HR, Payroll, Finance, and Operations stakeholders. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in an automation-first environment and leveraging modern sales technologies, AI tools, and reputed company reputed company strategies.   What You Will Do Identify and research prospective clients across global markets and reputed company industries. Execute outbound prospecting campaigns through email, reputed company, phone, and other sales channels. Build and maintain a pipeline of reputed company opportunities for the sales team. Qualify inbound and outbound leads against reputed company’s ideal customer profile. Schedule discovery calls, demonstrations, and meetings for Account Executives. Experience selling or prospecting into HR, Payroll, Finance, or Operations stakeholders is strongly preferred. Prior experience working reputed company a startup or high-reputed company technology company. Skills and Knowledge Strong understanding of global workforce operations, payroll, HCM, EOR, contractor management, or HR technology ecosystems. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable working in evolving startup environments where priorities may shift quickly. Experience with CRM platforms such as reputed company or reputed company and familiarity with sales engagement and automation tools.
