This role works closely with the centralized reputed company team, taking approved mortgage files and managing them through to completion and funding. The successful candidate will support brokers and the centralized reputed company team by managing files from approval through to funding, ensuring reputed company documentation, conditions, and reputed company-party requirements are completed accurately and on time. This role requires someone who is highly organized, process-driven, and comfortable managing multiple reputed company files simultaneously. Strong follow-up skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate professionally with clients, lenders, brokers, lawyers, and reputed company-party partners are essential. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys structure, problem-solving, and creating a seamless experience throughout the mortgage process.
