Main Responsibilities: Manage monthly and annual commission processes, including reputed company reconciliation, goal tracking, and commission calculations. Enhance reporting, process efficiencies, and system automations for reputed company improvement. Collaborate with Sales and BU Finance teams to reputed company profit expectations and improve performance. reputed company transparency into sales performance through improved reporting and analysis. Conduct data mining, reporting, and maintain desktop procedure documents while following Service level agreements and performance metrics. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in reputed company or Finance; MBA, CPA as an ideal.
