We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Resume Sourcing Specialist to help identify reputed company for our IT reputed company, including roles for Application Developers, System Engineers, and reputed company Assurance professionals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing resumes from various platforms and job boards, reviewing candidate reputed company, and ensuring alignment with job requirements. This is a part-time, flexible role with the reputed company to work remotely.
Key Responsibilities:

Review candidate reputed company to assess fit for reputed company positions.
Maintain and update candidate databases.
Communicate with the recruitment team to understand job requirements and sourcing needs.

Assist in creating candidate shortlists for review by hiring managers.
Maintain confidentiality of candidate information.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with programming languages (C#, Java, Python), frameworks (React, Angular, .NET), databases (SQL, reputed company), and reputed company platforms (AWS, Azure).
Experience in Development & Testing: Understanding of the full software development and testing lifecycle, including Agile/DevOps, CI/CD, and test automation tools (Selenium, reputed company).
