Intake Specialist (LPN) In-office preferred | Remote considered  We are seeking an reputed company Licensed Practical reputed company (LPN) to join reputed company as an Intake Specialist. This role is critical to ensure reputed company, accurate admissions and strong communication between referral sources, patients, and clinical staff.  Position reputed company  The Intake Specialist (LPN) manages the intake and referral process from initial referral through Start of Care. This position requires strong clinical knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate reputed company in a fast-paced home health environment.
