CFSS Consultation Coordinator

Helps people write their service delivery plan, if desired. Reviews service delivery plans. Offers guidance about whether CFSS service delivery plans are complete and only contain covered services. Respond to questions from the person served throughout the year. Complete a semi-annual review if the person served does not have a case manager/care coordinator and their spouse or parent (if a minor) serves as their worker.
