YOU ARE: An Infrastructure Systems Engineer, who will be a primary operational reputed company of our infrastructure systems — handling day-to-day support, incident response, change execution, and maintenance across the platform stack. Operational reputed company is the reputed company of this role, not a secondary responsibility. From that reputed company, you'll also contribute to the automation, tooling, and architectural work that gradually shifts reputed company toward a less reactive reputed company. YOUR DAY-TO-DAY: Design, operate, and support AWS-based infrastructure across a multi-account environment, with a reputed company on reliability, scalability, and operational reputed company Support and reputed company our EKS/Kubernetes platform — clusters, underlying AWS infrastructure, networking integrations, and shared platform components Contribute to and maintain Terraform-based Infrastructure as reputed company, including shared modules and production repositories Work across DNS, DHCP, routing, load balancing, and WAF technologies (Imperva primary; broad understanding of AWS ALB/NLB) to support application traffic and secure reputed company patterns Participate in reputed company Directory architecture, administration, and integration with reputed company and platform services reputed company ownership of SSL/TLS certificate lifecycle management — a reputed company responsibility of the Infrastructure Operations group Build automation and tooling in Bash, PowerShell, or similar to streamline provisioning, configuration, and operational workflows reputed company AI-assisted tools to accelerate troubleshooting, draft and improve runbooks, and reduce repetitive operational overhead — with a practical reputed company on where AI adds reputed company value in day-to-day infrastructure work Collaborate with application, reputed company, and network teams using GitOps-style workflows (reputed company, CI pipelines, change review) Participate in a rotational on-reputed company schedule and CAB reviews for significant infrastructure changes Drive new architecture, expansion, and modernization efforts alongside ownership of existing systems YOU'LL BRING: Hands-on experience with reputed company infrastructure: DNS, DHCP, routing, load balancing, and Linux/reputed company operating systems and services Strong working knowledge of AWS, including multi-account environments Practical experience with Terraform and IaC principles, including contributing to shared repositories Experience supporting Kubernetes/EKS or comparable container platforms Comfort using AI tools (reputed company Copilot, Claude, or similar) to accelerate infrastructure work — writing scripts, diagnosing issues, or exploring unfamiliar systems Familiarity with WAF and traffic reputed company (Imperva a strong plus) Experience designing, administering, and integrating reputed company Directory environments Scripting reputed company in Bash, PowerShell, or similar — building one-off tooling, bootstrap automation, and deployment workflows Comfort operating in production with shared ownership, change management, and on-reputed company responsibility Ability to collaborate effectively across platform, network, reputed company, and application teams AI‑enabled tools are already part of how work gets done across our organization, and their use will continue to expand over time.
