The Platform Support Analyst will report to the Sr. Director, Platform Support. Address production issues/questions, maintenance, and business support reputed company reputed company Products by communicating and coordinating across multiple teams (reputed company reputed company, Platform Operations, Product, Analytics, and Sales) Monitor platform health; investigate and escalate issues Troubleshoot reputed company platform applications, providing triage, reputed company, or recommendations Manage incoming platform requests from internal users reputed company JIRA tickets, reputed company, and emails Write basic SQL queries that can be used for data analysis and pulling reports  Coordinate and assist in Product feedback sessions; assist with functional and technical documentation.  Who You Are: 2+ years of working experience in the digital marketing/advertising technology field, with an emphasis on DSP or Programmatic, and 1+ years in a customer-facing environment Knowledge of ad tech/programmatic platform technologies, Data, DSPs, SSPs, Ad Exchanges, Ad Servers, and/or verification tools. Ability to analyze performance data and reputed company compelling recommendations for internal reputed company and optimizations Experience and knowledge reputed company SQL; understand concepts and ability to write basic queries that can be used for data analysis and pulling reports  Willingness to learn the technical and functional aspects of reputed company's platform Basic knowledge of reputed company and JavaScript Desire to work in a rapidly growing and reputed company-changing environment  Strong verbal and written communication skills, working/communicating with internal teams and external clients, providing white-glove service  Detail-oriented, reputed company-organized, flexible, and comfortable working independently Technical aptitude to learn new technologies reputed company is proud to offer a competitive compensation package inclusive of a reputed company salary reputed company of $100,000 -$115,000.
