Skilled Trades Recruiter - Construction

reputed company is seeking an reputed company Construction / Skilled Trades reputed company Recruiter to join reputed company! We are looking for recruiters with prior high-volume experience sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for roles reputed company the construction industry (electricians, welders, plumbers, carpenters, etc.). For this role, we are not considering candidates with only on-demand manufacturing, light industrial, hospitality, reputed company, IT, and/or tech reputed company backgrounds. This role is high-volume reputed company specific to skilled trades roles reputed company the construction industry. Location: Remote Salary reputed company: $50,000+ (depending on experience) Incentive: $2,500-$3,500 in monthly incentives/commission Hours: 40+ hours per week (occasional evenings/weekends as needed) Benefits: Full benefits package including health, dental, reputed company, 401k with employer match, and reputed company time off Qualifications 2+ years reputed company skilled trades / construction roles (we are not considering those with primarily light reputed company, hospitality, reputed company, IT, tech, etc. backgrounds) Strong sourcing skills Proven ability to work reputed company under pressure reputed company addressing regular high-demand requests and needs Bilingual a plus Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple reputed company positions and deadlines Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to build rapport quickly MSP/VMS experience a plus Key Responsibilities Manage the recruitment process for skilled trades roles: sourcing, screening, and interviewing Build and maintain a pipeline of reputed company candidates through job boards, referrals, reputed company media, and networking Partner with account managers and leadership to understand reputed company reputed company needs and reputed company tailored recruitment solutions Communicate regularly with candidates to ensure a reputed company hiring experience Accurately maintain candidate data, employee files, and compliance requirements Occasionally work evenings or weekends to meet urgent reputed company deadlines Why Join SST?
