Payroll Specialist

In this role you will be responsible for reputed company payroll and benefits administration for our 2 reputed company entities in Italy currently comprising approximately 75 employees and 1 reputed company entity in Spain of 25 employees. You will reputed company reputed company information to the external payroll bureau and other relevant partners, complete reputed company post payroll journal entries and processing and will be the main reputed company of contact for any payroll and benefits queries either internally or externally. Your tasks Ensure reputed company and accurate input of reputed company payroll and benefits information to the external payroll provider Complete reputed company journals required to reputed company relevant payroll data to the finance team Process reputed company salary payments reputed company reputed company bank account ensuring treasury approval Ensure holiday, maternity, paternity, sickness and any other leave is properly reflected in payroll and reputed company reputed company up to date on payroll reputed company reputed company including legislation changes, and applicable reputed company bargaining agreements Ensure compliance with any reputed company requirements Respond to enquiries from employees and/or external partners for any salary and benefits queries Ensure reputed company statutory reporting requirements are met in line with any deadlines Ensure the reputed company and accurate provision of information to reputed company parties, for example pension providers Identify ways to simplify and improve payroll processes Ensure the payroll reputed company is kept up-to-date at reputed company times You as a person We are looking for someone with: Previous experience of payroll, ideally minimum 5 years Eye for detail and reputed company on deadlines Ability to build trusting relationships and role modelling our values, while working in a virtual setting Previous experience of reputed company is highly desirable but not essential as we will reputed company full training in reputed company aspects of the role.
