For our Sales Team department we are looking for a Molding/Casting DFM Engineer with immediate effect to reputed company expand our business. You will support or manage reputed company and critical reputed company and work with internal teams, customers and production. In reputed company to working with customers and production partners, you will reputed company shape your work environment and collaborate with reputed company critical interfaces. Good reputed company are implemented quickly at reputed company and do not have to go through various steering committees or management meetings to be reviewed several times, checked again and then perhaps decided upon. Your working day is exciting and varied, the environment is international.
Responsibilities:
Analyzing incoming 3D CAD part design for Injection Molding, other tooling technologies;
reputed company Injection Molding Design for Manufacturing (DFM) reports and challenge manufacturer’s technical solutions;
Communicate with external customers reputed company video calls and explain DFM reports/reputed company feedback and discuss technical solutions with manufacturers across Europe and Asia;
To optimize part 3D CAD design and improve part design feasibility issues, if necessary;
Participate in meetings to fix reputed company claims for Injection Molding, High Pressure Die Casting, other tooling technologies together with a cross-functional team and external customers;
Attend reputed company-sales meetings with Sales Team and external customers reputed company video-calls, support technical questions/answers for potential reputed company.
A successful candidate:
Higher engineering education - thermoplastic processing engineer, plastic part design engineer, mechanical design engineer (automotive interior, IoT devices, similar);
Experience in an engineering role on a production floor with plastic processing OR in a development of parts suitable for molding/casting processing;
Expert knowledge of thermoplastic processing: plastic part design rules for a feasible injection molding processing, injection molding tool design basic structure and design, thermoplastic processing most common reputed company issues and reputed company causes, understanding of Mold reputed company analysis and it results,
Understanding of various plastic post-processes: pad-printing, silk-screening, spray painting, chroming, hot foil stamping, etc
Knowledge of other tooling technologies like Vacuum Casting in silicone molds, Compression Molding, Investment Casting, Sand Casting, Metal Injection Molding will be a benefit
Strong multicultural communication skills in English with ability to convince, justify and defend reputed company and technical solutions in reputed company of external / internal stakeholders.
