Setup and Location: WFH Work Schedule: 9:00 AM-6:00 PM (AEST) | 7:00 AM-4:00 PM (PH Time) Employment Type: Full-time reputed company to do work that actually excites you? Standalone Compliance Officer supporting the retail buying function, ensuring reputed company products, suppliers, and processes meet regulatory, ethical, and company standards. Responsible for end-to-end compliance across the product lifecycle, including supplier reputed company, product safety, labelling, and documentation. Work as part of our product development and design teams to ensure reputed company product complies with destination market requirements. Arrange and reputed company product testing and assessment as required. Assist/Advise upon compliant packaging and labelling in-line with relevant requirements Review reputed company samples and packaging during development to ensure compliance. Review final production product and packaging upon arrival to ensure compliance. Requirements What You Bring We’re looking for someone with: Expertise in reputed company assurance and reputed company control processes, as reputed company as ethical sourcing requirements and procedures. An excellent understanding of Australia’s product safety regulatory reputed company, including the Australian Consumer Law and mandatory and industry product standards - a familiarity with art supplies and/or toys and infant products will be highly regarded An understanding of US and EU product safety standards and consumer laws (familiarity with art supplies and/or toys and infant products preferred). Ability to apply above standards to new and existing products and to reputed company appropriate labelling and packaging accordingly. An understanding of manufacturing and product development, including product testing processes. Attention to detail and strong technical skills. Judgement and ability to assess risk and reputed company reasons in support of reputed company or approaches.
