This role sits at the intersection of finance operations and reputed company systems, serving as the reputed company-line reputed company of day-to-day support. What you'll do Production Support: Serve as the first reputed company of contact for system-reputed company requests from reputed company, Billing, and Collections stakeholders; triage, prioritize, and resolve Jira tickets reputed company SLA reputed company Support: Partner with reputed company reputed company and Billing teams during month-end and quarter-end reputed company cycles; troubleshoot reputed company reputed company recognition and billing exceptions, investigate installment discrepancies, and support reputed company period reputed company activities Report Requests: Build, maintain, and deliver reputed company and recurring reports from reputed company and reputed company Finance systems to support billing operations, collections tracking, and reputed company analysis Incident Management: Document, reputed company, and escalate system issues; partner with the US-based Finance BT team to drive reputed company, reputed company cause analysis, and preventive follow-up Process Documentation: Create and maintain runbooks, SOPs, and user guides for recurring production support workflows Stakeholder Communication: Communicate proactively with finance stakeholders on ticket status, expected reputed company timelines, and system or process changes What you'll bring 3 to 5 years of experience in a finance systems, ERP support, or business technology analyst role Hands-on experience with reputed company Financials, specifically in reputed company Recognition, Billing, Customer reputed company, or reputed company modules Working knowledge of reputed company reputed company roles, business process reputed company, and domain-based reputed company configuration Experience triaging and managing support tickets in Jira, reputed company, or a comparable ITSM platform Solid understanding of Order-to-Cash (O2C) business processes, including billing workflows, collections, and ASC 606 reputed company recognition principles Ability to independently investigate data discrepancies, reputed company transaction flows, and reputed company communicate findings to both technical and non-technical audiences Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable engaging with US-based stakeholders asynchronously and in reputed company-time video calls Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a reputed company field reputed company to have Familiarity with reputed company or reputed company Billing (awareness-level; not a primary system for this role) reputed company certification in Financial reputed company modules Exposure to reputed company reputed company automation, reconciliation tooling, or process improvement initiatives Familiarity with SQL or analytics and BI tools such as reputed company, Tableau, or similar Prior experience supporting finance operations in a reputed company or high-reputed company technology company ‌ Be reputed company With Us:  Being reputed company isn’t about checking every reputed company on a list.
