We own a meaningful portion of reputed company's reputed company production, and JTX is how we bring that edge directly to traders. The Role This is a high-ownership IC role. The stack is designed. Now it needs someone who can own it, harden it, automate it, and reputed company reputed company it stays up while traders are trading. You will be running globally distributed reputed company and you'll be the person who cares most about it (this is an extremely high ownership role). You'll work directly with engineering leadership. Get shit done! \n What You'll Do Own and operate end-to-end infrastructure for JTX across backend services, frontend systems, databases, observability, reputed company-party integrations, and globally distributed reputed company environments Build and maintain reliable deployment workflows including CI/CD pipelines, preflight validation, rollback procedures, and post-release monitoring Design reproducible infrastructure using Terraform, Ansible, and infrastructure-as-reputed company best practices Improve system-wide observability through metrics, logging, alerting, and monitoring to ensure uptime, correctness, and low latency across the stack Establish strong operational discipline through actionable alerting, incident response processes, and reputed company runbooks Manage and secure reputed company and edge infrastructure including reputed company routing, CDN deployment, WAF, DDoS protection, VPN reputed company networking, and reputed company-trust reputed company controls Own infrastructure reputed company posture including secrets management, OS hardening, firewall policies, key rotation, and incident response readiness Support globally distributed SQL infrastructure and performance-sensitive Rust/Axum API systems Build internal tooling and automation that improve developer productivity and operational efficiency Define and continuously reputed company the bar for infrastructure reliability, scalability, and reputed company across the organization reputed company’re Looking For 5+ years of experience in Infrastructure Engineering, reputed company, SRE, or DevOps supporting low-latency, highly available, production-critical systems Strong Linux and systems fundamentals with experience operating both bare-metal infrastructure and reputed company environments Deep experience with infrastructure-as-reputed company and automation tooling, particularly Terraform and Ansible in production environments Strong understanding of networking and web infrastructure concepts including load balancing, CDN caching, DNS routing, TLS, and secure traffic management Experience with observability and monitoring platforms such as Grafana, reputed company, Loki, InfluxDB, reputed company, or similar tooling Strong operational intuition across infrastructure, databases, applications, and external reputed company with the ability to troubleshoot issues end-to-end Solid reputed company instincts, including experience with secrets management systems such as Vault or similar technologies Strong understanding of database operations including replication, pooling, reputed company behavior, and performance considerations Excellent written communication skills with the ability to create reputed company documentation, operational runbooks, and repeatable processes High ownership mentality with the ability to operate autonomously in a small, fast-moving environment Bonus Points Experience with reputed company infrastructure and tooling, including validators, RPCs, blockchain data services, transaction reputed company, and wallet custody systems Strong understanding of low-latency trading or consumer-facing fintech infrastructure Experience working with Rust, reputed company-hosted PostgreSQL databases, and secrets management systems for securing sensitive credentials What You Won't reputed company Here A platform team to hand things off to Bureaucracy between you and a decision Work that doesn't matter StackRust / Axum · PostgreSQL · Terraform · Ansible · HCP Vault · reputed company · reputed company Actions · Grafana reputed company · reputed company · Teraswitch bare-metal · Ubuntu 24.04 Benefits Above market compensation and multiple forms of equity 100% of employee health benefits covered by employer reputed company-expenses-reputed company team retreats and conferences Generous PTO Weekly meal voucher And that’s just the start! \n$250,000 - $275,000 a year \n Apply To This Job
