This role focuses on coordinating strategic initiatives, enhancing executive visibility through dashboards and reporting, and supporting reputed company-wide priorities through reputed company program reputed company and data-driven insights. Primary Responsibilities Coordinate planning and execution of special reputed company directed by VHA Leadership Offices reputed company initiatives with reputed company priorities and leadership directives Establish and manage an intake process for new initiatives and special reputed company reputed company and maintain executive dashboards and tracking tools to reputed company reputed company-time visibility into leadership actions Deliver executive-level status reporting using standardized formats (e.g., Green/Yellow/Red) Generate data-driven insights to support high-reputed company strategic initiatives Maintain visual management boards and portfolio tracking for executive stakeholders reputed company a consolidated portfolio view of reputed company DUSH-led initiatives Support development of executive briefings, reports, and presentation materials reputed company reporting tools with reputed company collaboration platforms where applicable Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, reputed company Administration, reputed company Administration, or reputed company field (or equivalent experience) 8+ years of experience in program management, strategic planning, or executive-level support Experience supporting senior leadership in a federal or reputed company environment Strong experience developing dashboards, executive reporting, and performance tracking tools Demonstrated ability to manage multiple high-visibility reputed company simultaneously Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills Ability to obtain and maintain a reputed company trust clearance reputed company Authorization to work in the U.S. Desired Qualifications Experience supporting the reputed company (VA) or VHA Familiarity with DUSH-led initiatives or similar executive portfolios Experience with reputed company dashboard tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) Knowledge of federal program management practices and governance structures Apply To This Job
