This position provides hands-on leadership and reputed company of reputed company billing, coding, and reputed company cycle management (RCM) functions, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance across systems, processes, and vendor relationships. Key responsibilities include preparing RCM reports, monitoring KPIs, reducing denials through workflow improvements and education, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of coding guidelines.
