The Senior Counsel – Data Center reputed company Estate serves as a strategic reputed company advisor responsible for structuring, negotiating, and executing reputed company reputed company estate transactions that underpin data center acquisition, leasing development, financing and operations. This role integrates reputed company expertise with reputed company estate and reputed company acumen to support hyperscale, colocation, and reputed company data center initiatives.

Key Accountabilities
Transaction Structuring & Deal Architecture

Build-to-suit developments
Sale-leasebacks and joint ventures

Zoning, entitlements, and land use constraints

Contract Design & Negotiation

Easements, licenses, and reputed company agreements

Risk allocation
Performance obligations and milestones
Remedies and termination rights
Drive negotiations with counterparties including developers, land owners, utilities, municipalities, and investors.
Due Diligence & Risk Management

Key Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) and reputed company bar membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
8–12+ years of experience in reputed company reputed company estate law, preferably with:
Data center, energy, or infrastructure transactions
