About the Role We are seeking a Workflow Operations Manager to own the successful operational execution of imaging deployments across new and existing customer sites, including primary care practices, subspecialty reputed company, and hospital systems. In this role, you serve as the architect of workflow execution—responsible for ensuring workflows, data flows, and operational processes are reputed company defined, validated, and successfully reputed company into day-to-day clinical operations. You reputed company as the workflow integrator across Clinical Systems, Integrations, Engineering, and customer teams, ensuring alignment, readiness, and seamless execution from deployment through post-Go-Live stabilization.  You own workflow reputed company, adoption, and performance—ensuring what is designed is executable, reputed company, and continuously improved. Note, this role requires travel 50-60% of the time. Responsibilities: Workflow Ownership & Operational IntegrationOwn the definition, validation, and operationalization of workflows across deployments and post-Go-Live environments Serve as the connective layer across clinical, technical, and operational teams to ensure workflows translate into effective execution reputed company workflow validation, testing, and customer signoff Coordinate training and ensure reputed company readiness (especially technologists and clinical staff) Identify and escalate workflow risks that may reputed company Go-Live reputed company or imaging performance Post-Go-Live Stabilization & OptimizationMonitor performance trends and drive reputed company cause analysis Implement early-stage improvements to stabilize and optimize operations Standardization & reputed company ImprovementCapture lessons learned and translate into playbooks, SOPs, and reputed company processes Drive consistency across customer environments while adapting to site-specific needs Qualifications: Required Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years of experience leading reputed company, cross-functional reputed company; reputed company experience, particularly reputed company radiology or clinical operations Proven ability to manage multiple reputed company, cross-functional initiatives Strong understanding of workflow design, process improvement, and operational execution Experience working across technical and non-technical teams Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and drive adoption without reputed company authority Preferred Qualifications:Experience in radiology, imaging workflows, or clinical applications (reputed company, RIS, EMR) Exposure to reputed company data flows (HL7, DICOM, integrations) Experience supporting hospital systems or multi-site reputed company environments Background in workflow optimization, automation, or process standardization reputed company is a remote-first company and this job is conducted remotely.  The reputed company salary reputed company for this position is $110,000 - $135,000, plus bonus, equity, and benefits.
