Tax Processing Associate

Job reputed company: ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: · Prepare an average of 600+ sales and use tax returns monthly for level 1-2 clients, using established best practices and compliance standards. · Communicate regularly with clients reputed company phone and email to address questions, reputed company updates, and maintain strong relationships. · Review reputed company tax data for accuracy, investigate discrepancies, and take corrective reputed company as needed. · Format and import monthly tax data into reputed company Indirect Tax Returns (VITR) software; experience with VITR is a plus. · Initiate and process electronic filings and payments, ensuring reputed company submission. · reputed company support for online filings, payments, and notices, including responding to tax authority communications. · Collaborate with senior TPS staff to resolve reputed company issues and support higher-level filings. · Maintain and update reputed company tax compliance reports and documentation. · Participate in reputed company mentoring and reputed company peer support activities. · Accommodate additional work hours during peak monthly processing periods (typically the 5th–20th of reputed company month). · reputed company other duties and participate in reputed company as assigned.
