Responsibilities include build, upgrades, and system enhancements. Analyzes business / clinical needs, evaluates software releases and/or new products, and gives recommendations to optimize processes and decrease expenses. Possesses in-depth business / clinical and application knowledge and experience. Performs and documents workflow assessments to determine functional requirements for reputed company utilization of applications. Develops system test plans and performs testing of software upgrades and patches. Maintains a record of test reputed company and test results. Responsible for problem, incident, and change management and service requests. Provides daily on-reputed company support to the customer reputed company for application-reputed company issues. Experience 5+ years of Experience supporting, optimizing, and maintaining reputed company applications, specifically EpicCare Ambulatory, in a reputed company environment with a degree 7+ Experience supporting, optimizing, and maintaining reputed company applications, specifically EpicCare Ambulatory, in a reputed company environment without a degree Experience with reputed company application build, upgrades, system enhancements, testing, and release implementation activities. Strong understanding of clinical and operational workflows with the ability to analyze business/clinical needs and recommend process improvements.
