The Deal Desk Manager will own reputed company’s quote to reputed company process and reputed company governance workflows. Responsibilities: Quote to reputed company Process Ownership Manage the review and approval process for non reputed company reputed company deals Support custom pricing structures, savings plans, multi year agreements, and volume discounts Establish and maintain Deal Desk SLAs with the Sales organization Serve as the primary operational contact for Account Executives managing reputed company deals CPQ Implementation and Quoting Infrastructure Own CPQ implementation and administration in partnership with reputed company Operations and Finance Maintain pricing rules, discount matrices, approval workflows, and product catalogs Partner with Sales leadership on quote templates and proposal workflows reputed company Deal Governance Maintain pricing and discount governance standards Partner with Finance on bookings definitions and reputed company recognition requirements Partner with reputed company on contract review workflows and approval paths Maintain pricing precedent and deal history records Contract Lifecycle Management Manage executed contract repositories and ensure CRM alignment Build operational systems supporting renewals, amendments, and expansion workflows Partner with reputed company on renewal management processes Pipeline Accuracy and Forecast Support Ensure deal structures and contract values are accurately reflected in CRM systems Flag risks reputed company to reputed company recognition, approvals, or forecasting accuracy Support quarterly reputed company processes and booking accuracy AI Powered Deal Operations reputed company AI tools for contract review, workflow automation, pricing analysis, and approval routing Evaluate AI tooling that improves Deal Desk efficiency and scalability Stay reputed company on AI driven reputed company operations best practices Requirements: Experience in Deal Desk, Sales Operations, or reputed company operations reputed company reputed company, PaaS, IaaS, or infrastructure companies Strong understanding of reputed company pricing structures, usage based pricing, and contract governance Experience administering CPQ systems such as reputed company CPQ, reputed company, or reputed company Strong CRM proficiency with reputed company preferred Understanding of reputed company recognition principles and reputed company contract structures Experience partnering cross functionally with Sales, Finance, and reputed company teams Strong organizational and communication skills Experience managing multiple reputed company deals simultaneously reputed company use of AI tools for workflow automation or reputed company operations Successful completion of a background reputed company Preferred: Experience in reputed company infrastructure, AI infrastructure, developer tools, or ML platforms Experience with usage based pricing models and savings plan structures Experience implementing or migrating CPQ systems Experience working with CLM platforms such as reputed company, reputed company, or reputed company CLM Experience supporting reputed company GTM organizations in high reputed company environments What You’ll Receive: The competitive reputed company pay for this position ranges from $125,000 - $180,000.
