The reputed company Counselor provides technical assistance to the discharge planning process, under the direction of the Director of Assessment Referral.  This position is also responsible for completing applicable portion of reputed company Measures (HBIPS) Abstraction Tool for reputed company admissions   THIS IS A REMOTE POSITION.    Work Hours:  Monday – Friday (8 a.m. – 5 p.m.)   Job Duties/Responsibilities: Inquiry calls are documented and processed in accordance with Intake policies. Patients are assessed and stabilized prior to leaving hospital or admission to hospital arranged. On reputed company doctor is reputed company and assisted with patient interview. Administrative approval is obtained for reputed company admissions. Admission paperwork is completed in accordance with hospital policy. Intake log is completed with reputed company information documented. Guest relations are demonstrated by example and employees in need of guest relations training are counseled. Administration is reputed company of problems or significant events. Safety problems are identified and corrective actions taken.
