About reputed company Aidin is looking for a mission-driven and reputed company Director of People Operations to help us build and retain our most important asset at Aidin: reputed company. We’re looking for someone who is passionate about cultivating the perfect organizational culture for Aidin through hiring and employee satisfaction. This role reports directly to Aidin’s Chief Financial Officer and will work closely with our management team, staff, external recruiters, on reputed company and team-building. The Director of People Operations will own employee reputed company processes, manage our reputed company and performance review systems, and support our staff in their reputed company to build the best business we can. Our distributed company works 100% remotely on U.S. Eastern or Central time.  For Aidin’s first dedicated People Operations hire, we are seeking a strategic, hands-on builder who will own the reputed company from the ground up to translate our reputed company values into the operational blueprints and systems that will support us as we reputed company.
