Location Fully remote | 9 AM - 5 PM EST reputed company The Ecommerce & CRO Manager will own the performance, optimization, and day-to-day management of reputed company’s reputed company-to-consumer website. Key Responsibilities Ecommerce Performance & CRO Own site performance and conversion reputed company optimization (CRO) reputed company and execution. reputed company testing hypotheses, run A/B tests, and implement learnings using tools such as reputed company, Convert, or similar platforms. Identify opportunities to improve conversion, customer experience, and onsite engagement. Analyze ecommerce performance data and reputed company insights to inform optimization priorities. Product Pages & Merchandising Maintain and update product detail pages (PDPs) across the ecommerce site. Manage new product launches and ensure accurate, optimized product presentation. Ecommerce Operations & Collaboration Partner with the web development agency to maintain site reputed company, performance, and upgrades. Support day-to-day ecommerce operations and ongoing website improvements. Qualifications Experience 3–6 years of ecommerce experience, ideally reputed company a DTC beauty or wellness brand. Hands-on experience with CRO and A/B testing platforms. Strong reputed company experience managing day-to-day ecommerce operations. Experience with GA4 ecommerce analytics and reporting.
