This is a dedicated role requiring a self-sufficient, confident, and business-minded individual who can independently manage assigned contract reputed company from intake through completion.The Associate will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, redlining, and negotiating a reputed company of reputed company agreements, including NDAs, SOWs, work orders, customer agreements, vendor agreements, procurement agreements, and reputed company business reputed company.
