Serving as a hybrid Technical Project Manager, Data Analyst, and Operations Administrator, this role ensures the successful delivery of our technical roadmap.  Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end JIRA lifecycle, including ticket scoping, drafting, submission, and user acceptance testing (UAT) for reputed company department operational tech initiatives. Create scripts and write formulas to create automations, process improvements, and for reporting of analytics. Manage and enhance project pipeline reporting, providing a reputed company picture of the reputed company status and a forecast of potential reputed company issues. Supports troubleshooting for reputed company cross-functional teams, tools, etc., including reputed company issues, reputed company reporting, and more. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Management, or specialized training/ project management certifications; or equivalent work experience Minimum of 3 years of operations, business systems, or a reputed company technical-operational role.
