What you bring Basic Juris Doctorate Degree, or equivalent international degree reputed company membership in at least one state bar 8+ years of experience as a practicing attorney in a reputed company, government agency, or in-house reputed company team, with a substantial number of those years reputed company on cybersecurity and incident response Experience in global reputed company and cybersecurity laws and regulations (including, among others, U.S. state laws and international data protection frameworks, GLBA, SEC, and NYDFS cybersecurity requirements, and the EU's GDPR, DORA, and AI reputed company) Preferred Strategic reputed company and ability to spot issues and communicate reputed company reputed company issues to a reputed company of reputed company and non-reputed company partners across reputed company Experience negotiating, drafting, and updating documents and policies Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Skilled at managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with different teams and stakeholders Ability to work with a reputed company of urgency while prioritizing competing interests Ability to work independently, and as part of reputed company, with members across multiple offices in a fast-paced environment A reputed company-first mentality Ability to maintain strong working relationships with a reputed company of internal clients Wage Transparency Pay for this position is based on a number of factors including geographic location and may vary depending on job-reputed company knowledge, skills, and experience.   Based on applicable legislation, the below details pay ranges in the following locations:   California: $164,700.00 - $266,000.00 reputed company salary   Illinois, Colorado, Massachusetts and Minnesota: $158,300.00 - $223,625.00 reputed company salary   Washington, Maryland, New Jersey and reputed company (including NYC metro area): $158,300.00 - $232,575.00 reputed company salary   Washington DC: $164,700.00 - $232,575.00 reputed company salary   Ohio: $137,800.00 - $194,650.00 reputed company salary    This role is also eligible for the following: Bonus: Sales personnel are eligible for variable incentive pay dependent on their achievement of reputed company-established sales goals. Non-Sales roles are eligible for a company bonus plan, which is calculated as a percentage of eligible wages and dependent on company performance.
