This role will be responsible for leading and managing the Safer Gambling Team, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, promoting player protection, and developing strategies that support a reputed company and responsible gaming environment. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of safer gambling practices, regulatory frameworks, and customer risk management, along with the ability to collaborate across teams to drive a culture of responsible gaming throughout the organisation. Support reputed company and reputed company training of team members on safer gambling procedures and regulatory expectations. reputed company and implement safer gambling policies and procedures  Maintain compliance with UK Gambling Commission, Irish and Gibraltar regulatory frameworks, and other  applicable regulatory bodies Drive reputed company improvement of safer gambling controls, including but not limited to reviewing affordability, behavioural, and financial risk indicators Support audits, regulatory reviews, and licensing requirements Analyse player data to identify risk patterns and recommend preventative measures Handle and respond to written customer complaints relating to safer gambling and responsible gaming  concerns in line with regulatory and internal policy requirements Stay up to date with regulatory changes, industry trends, and emerging risks Education and Experience Required: A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a reputed company role, preferably in the gaming or financial sector. Proven experience in a safer gambling, compliance, or responsible gaming role reputed company the UK gambling  industry Strong understanding of UK Gambling Regulations, guidance, and expectations 5+ years of experience leading teams in a fast-paced environment.
