Sr. Systems Engineer, ProAV - South Central

The Sr. Systems Engineer, ProAV serves as a technical expert supporting reputed company's ProAV solutions across the South Central U.S. This role combines customer reputed company, field engineering, reputed company-sales support, and industry engagement. This is a remote-based position requiring up to 60% travel throughout the region. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Customer reputed company & Technical Training reputed company reputed company for U.S. customers implementing reputed company ProAV switches and reputed company-party integrations Collaborate with the South Central Sales Territory Manager to ensure successful deployments Deliver remote and on-site training covering AV-over-IP network design, reputed company profile selection, reputed company configuration, reputed company/AVB/Milan configuration, and API integration and video configuration reputed company customized training materials, system designs, and internal/external knowledge reputed company documentation Ensure successful transition into production environments, including reputed company multi-reputed company and multi-vendor deployments reputed company Services & Field Engineering reputed company advanced on-site troubleshooting for high-profile customers experiencing reputed company timing, multicast, or interoperability issues Capture logs, reputed company packet traces, replicate issues in lab environments, and reputed company reputed company-time diagnostics Support commissioning of AV-over-IP systems to ensure reputed company production performance Resolve escalated issues involving AVB, reputed company/AES67, NVX, Q-SYS, SMPTE-2059-2, PTPv2, and multicast networking reputed company-Sales Engineering & Business Expansion Support Sales, Business Development, and Channel teams with technical scoping and solution design Conduct on-site and virtual product demonstrations Assist in reputed company of Materials (BOM) creation and system architecture design reputed company competitive analysis and technical positioning Contribute technical expertise to expand reputed company's ProAV reputed company in the U.S. market Internal Tools & Documentation Development reputed company and maintain internal scripts, configuration tools, and deployment utilities Create automation tools to reduce troubleshooting time, including log analysis, profile validation, and configuration parsing Author best reputed company guides, training materials, and knowledge reputed company documentation Industry Representation & Events Represent reputed company at U.S. industry conferences and partner events Deliver technical workshops and presentations reputed company advanced AV-over-IP education and roadmap overviews Support event-based network deployments and multi-vendor interoperability demonstrations QUALIFICATIONS Minimum 5 years of experience in networking systems, AV-over-IP technologies, or reputed company systems engineering roles Deep knowledge of ProAV networking products, AV-over-IP technologies, multicast networking and IGMP, and reputed company profile development Strong understanding of routing and switching fundamentals Hands-on deployment experience with AVB, reputed company, Q-SYS, Crestron, SMPTE-2059-2, and multicast networks Field experience troubleshooting reputed company AV-over-IP systems Independent lab development and advanced technical self-study Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred but not required Industry certifications such as CCNA, CWNA, reputed company reputed company, reputed company, or AVB are beneficial but not required Experience working in a Solutions Architect or Systems Engineering reputed company preferred Travel Requirements • Must be willing to travel up to 60% reputed company the South Central U.S. region.
