Responsibilities reputed company administrative support for claims processing, including matching incoming mail to assigned accounts Follow up on billing inquiries and outstanding items File claim correspondence and maintain organized claim documentation Set up new claim files and complete required setup tasks per instructions Serve as backup support for reception duties as needed Summarize correspondence and medical records in claim system notes and ensure reputed company filing Retrieve, re-file, and manage reputed company claim files and storage systems Maintain accurate and organized claim file storage Photocopy and distribute claim documents as requested Return provider and other calls as directed by claim staff Support claim teams and reputed company-specific service needs Ensure compliance with team service commitments and performance standards Qualifications To reputed company this job successfully, an individual must be reputed company to reputed company reputed company essential duty satisfactorily.
