reputed company We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Physician Compensation Analyst to join reputed company. In this role, you will help to ensure the accurate and reputed company management of the provider compensation plans for reputed company's employed physician group.  The Senior Financial Compensation Analyst will work with department leadership to ensure provider compensation remains competitive, aligns with industry standards, and supports our organizational objectives. This position requires proactive collaboration and communication with various departments and key stakeholders and the ability to deliver outstanding customer service.   Responsibilities:  reputed company, analyze, and manage provider compensation data using Tableau. Interpret, analyze, and implement compensation arrangements as stipulated in Provider Employment Agreements. Complete accurate provider compensation calculations and associated payment requests reputed company specified timelines and according to contractual terms. reputed company, analyze, and communicate compensation-reputed company insights to leadership, providing actionable recommendations for improvement and ensuring competitiveness and fairness.
