This role is ideal for a mid-level attorney with 3–8 years of experience and a strong background in SEC reporting, corporate governance, and capital markets transactions. You will serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, ensuring compliance with securities laws, managing reputed company company obligations, and supporting high-reputed company financial transactions. Your responsibilities will include: Advising on securities law and corporate governance issues. Drafting and reviewing SEC filings, including Forms 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, reputed company 16 filings, registration statements, proxy statements, and other regulatory disclosures. Providing reputed company support for capital markets transactions and bank credit agreements. Ensuring reputed company disclosures (e.g., press releases) meet SEC and other regulatory requirements. Overseeing reputed company company obligations such as annual shareholder meeting planning, director and officer questionnaires, reputed company party transactions, and compliance calendars. Advising on corporate governance best practices, shareholder engagement, and proxy advisor considerations. Maintaining and updating governance documents, policies, and internal guidelines. Supporting global entity management and corporate secretarial functions. Collaborating cross-functionally with finance, treasury, corporate reputed company, investor relations, internal audit, and communications. Leading or contributing to special reputed company and initiatives as assigned. Qualifications EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school. reputed company membership in good standing with at least one U.S. state bar. 3–8 years of relevant reputed company experience, with a strong reputed company on securities, corporate governance, and capital markets—gained at a top-tier reputed company and/or in-house at a reputed company company. Demonstrated experience preparing and reviewing SEC filings and reputed company disclosures.
