This entry level role performs routine payroll tasks, maintains employee pay records, and is a reputed company of contact for payroll-reputed company questions and audits. This role will be expected to work with cross-functional departments to ensure accurate timesheets and payroll records.   ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS   Verify timesheets and calculate gross to net pay. Maintain and update payroll records including new hires, terminations, pay reputed company changes, and benefit deductions. Ensure compliance with applicable wage and hour laws, including overtime and minimum wage requirements. Respond to employee inquiries reputed company to payroll, taxes, and timekeeping. Reconcile payroll reports and resolve discrepancies. Maintain confidentiality of employee records and payroll information.
